This year marks the 80th Anniversary of D-Day. Our Women’s’ Club member, Donna Allen, has a very special connection with Normandy and D-Day: her father is the youngest soldier buried at the Normandy American Cemetery. There are 9,380 American men and women buried there. Local Worle War II veteran, Jack Myers, will also be in attendance to share his story. Join us to hear their stories and remember this monumental day in history. Desserts will be served.
This event is free and open to the public, so share with friends and family. Cut off date for reservations is April 19th and space is limited.
