From the Maryland Theater: We are excited to announce The Buckinghams tickets go on sale to the General Public this Friday, May 3 at 12 Noon.
As a member of the Women’s Club, you receive access to our exclusive pre-sale. The pre-sale begins Tuesday, April 30 at 12 noon and runs through Friday, May 3 at 11 AM.

Alternatively, you can call or visit The Maryland Theatre Box Office during business hours and verbally share the code WOMEN. Ticketing fees apply for online orders and are waived at the local box office.
The Maryland Theatre phone is 301-790-2000 and the Box Office is located in the lobby of the Theatre at 21 South Potomac Street, Hagerstown, MD.  Note, for orders of 8 or more, you must purchase at the Box Office.

The Buckinghams will arrive in Hagerstown in 4 months to celebrate the 60’s with a live concert at the Maryland Theatre on September 21.  Check out the band website – www.thebuckinghams.com, or listen to their hits on YouTube.

The Buckinghams appeared on several variety shows of the 1960’s including The Ed Sullivan Show, The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour, The Jerry Lewis Show, The Joey Bishop Show, and American Bandstand.  In 2005 the group was invited to play the “Twilight on the Prairie” Inaugural Ball for the inauguration of President George W. Bush, and in 2009 they performed at the Bipartisan Illinois Agricultural Ball for the Inauguration of President Barack Obama. At one time the group was doing over 300 concerts in a year!  We are so fortunate to have been able to sign them for this event for our Club.  Beginning April 30th, tickets may be purchased at www.mdtheatre.org – this is the only website to use to avoid secondary charges.  Spread the word to support this exciting fundraiser for the Women’s Club.
