Women’s Club Foundation Endowment Fund

The Women’s Club Foundation Endowment Fund was created as a way to honor the legacy of our founding members and the sustaining work done by the membership throughout the years. The fund will provide financial support for the maintenance, upkeep and preservation of The Women’s Club building at 31 S. Prospect Street in Hagerstown for the use of club members and tenants.  The Endowment Fund is managed by Community Foundation of Washington County.

1921 Founder’s Circle

The Women’s Club was founded in 1921 and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2021. Donors who contributed $1,921 (or more) to the Women’s Club Foundation Endowment Fund became members of the 1921 Founder’s Circle. These donors were presented with a unique pin designed exclusively for the Women’s Club by member Sukey Rankin.  There are forty-nine 1921 Founder’s Circle members.
