Spring Bargain Sale dates will be Friday March 20 and Saturday March 21, 9 a.m. – noon each day, with a pre-sale option for members on Thursday March 19 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. The collection day andtime for gently used clothes and household items, jewelry and special treasures will be Saturday, March 5 from 5 – 7 p.m. If members have questions regarding the donation/collection process please reach out to Kay Mitchell 301-639-4936 or kmitch1084@gmail.com or Colette Rupert 240-675-0721 or cmr39@myactv.net the co-Chairs of the event. It takes a village to put this event on and the volunteer schedule for Prospect Hall Clothes and Housewares is available online – click HERE. Set up will start on Friday March 13 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and continue Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday March 16, 17, and 18 from 9 a.m. until noon. Following the set up, we will need volunteers to help on sale days – first on Thursday March 19 for the members only sale from 5 until 7 p.m., then on Friday and Saturday March 20 and 21 from 9 a.m. until noon, and Saturday for cleanup from noon until 2 pm. Patsy Holder will be reaching out to you all for baked goods — a huge component of the Spring Bargain Sale an “Bake Sale” The Coordinators of the Jewelry and of the Boutique (formerly the collectibles/special treasures) will be reaching out to coordinate the volunteers for these areas.
