Aerobics are back! Step Aerobics 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Optional steps provided. Fun routines that are easy to follow.
Dance Aerobics will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m. Get moving to great music and routines. 16 classes for $30 or drop in and pay as you go for $2 per class. Need more information? Call Sondra at 301-223-9467.
